A unique skills programme offered free to anyone who is over 18 and currently not working
This programme will last for 36 months.
What will you learn?
Computer skills
SIA Training
English
Maths
eNVQ
You will be able to access the Internet and look up jobs.
You will also learn good interview techniques and prepare a CV.
You will have access to a mentor to support you throughout the programme.
You will draw up a personal development/training plan.
Job search skills, mentoring and job surgeries with one-to-one support will be available from our professional tutors.
You can choose to complete short Customer Service and/or Conflict Management courses.
eNVQ’s in Administration, Hospitality, Retail and Health and Social Care are available for those who gain employment in these sectors.
You will have the opportunity to complete qualifications all for Free!!!
ECDL, ECDL Advanced, CLAIT, OCR Word Processing stage 1,2 and 3, MOS, Sage Accounting eNVQs in Administration, Health & Social Care and Hospitality, Security Guarding Basic Hygiene Certificates.

Do you miss opportunities to secure a job because you do not have the right skills?
Would you like help to access jobs online?
In essence if you are not working and seeking a job then this programme is for you. If you have answered yes to any or all of the above then we may be able to help you. If you are unable to work fulltime you can take advantage of part-time or indeed voluntary work.
Training in Essential Skills
Develop skills for employment through bespoke training programme i.e. training that is tailored to your individual needs.
If you live in the council areas of Ballymena, Moyle, Limavady you can access this programme FREE.
